Oglaševanje, podzvrst že obravnavanega trženja, je zaradi svoje velike razširjenosti in uporabnosti, smotrno obravnavati v posebnem poglavju. Četudi poleg oglaševanja pod trženje spada tudi publiciteta, odnosi z javnostmi, pospeševanje prodaje, embalaža in ostalo, je to zaenkrat obravnavano skupaj v tem delu.
